We need to establish a body consciousness which supports our desire and effort to achieve physical fitness. We must understand that what we choose to nourish the body with has direct, immediate and long term consequences on our physical conditioning.

The Fitness Counsel is your virtual 'think tank' whose sole purpose is to provide accurate, well documented nutritional information and exercise methodologies while dispelling myths that cripple your efforts to obtain maximum physical and nutritional wellness. This is a platform for introspection, a sounding board for sound advice and a place where positive outlook serves popular opinion well. If you require motivation you need to bring it with you. In the absence of it, we encourage you to maintain focus through effort. There are no shortcuts or miracles pills.
